To: Mike Patton Ford Jason Gale I am writing this to express my satisfaction with your dealership. My recent car buying experience was the best I have ever had. I am a professional purchasing person and I have often wondered why buying a car is typically one of the most aggravating experiences in life. I buy things for a living and yet car buying has continued to be a painful experience. Mike Patton Ford changed that. I was initially skeptical of the “No Haggle” pricing. No haggle would normally mean that the dealer has strengthened his position by digging in to a pre-established price. How does that help a buyer? For one thing, the price on the vehicle I bought was the lowest I found anywhere. What else could I ask for? Also, to guarantee that that price is the lowest possible gave me great peace of mind. With all of the information now available on the internet, a reasonably informed buyer will know what to pay. Why try and gouge the buyer with smoke and mirrors? Your staff held true that there would be no smoke and mirrors that is normally part of a car buying experience. You have set the bar high. Thanks Tim, Brian, and Van for making our purchase of our new Honda fit easy as can be! The Mike Patton team went over and above in their friendliness and helpfulness. Tim took me seriously when I shopped for my car over the phone. He located the exact car I wanted at another dealership in Georgia and still gave me the best possible price. He explained to me that Patton is a 'one price' dealership - in other words you don't have to go through all the rigamarole to get the best price - They give you their best bottom line right away - And that is so refreshing! Tim made me feel at ease right away and made me feel like he would personally take care of everything for me - and he did! In fact, when I sold my other vehicle they provided me with a car to drive for a couple of days until my car came in and they got it ready for us to pick up.
